Hello! My areas of practice include supporting those with hormonal imbalances, such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, hypothalamic amenorrhea, perimenopause, menopause, and various fertility concerns, as well as eating disorders and disordered eating, fueling for sport/sports nutrition, and managing insulin resistance. I also have a passion for helping folks with ADHD with meal planning and managing medication, appetite, and dopamine!. I see infants, children, teens, and adults of all gender identities!
