Catherine is a registered dietitian with experience in nutrition counselling for obesity management, diabetes management, digestive health, and chronic disease prevention. She has a special interest in helping individuals explore their personal relationship with food, move away from the diet mindset, and make sustainable behavioural changes using strategies from CBT, DBT and ACT. She works collaboratively with patients to develop a personalized approach to achieving their healthiest self. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, cooking, strength training and running.
