This works very well virtually and you will receive a detailed summary at the end of each visit. We will help you regain or optimize your health or help symptoms of medical issues, lose weight and keep it off or gain weight...this is about you and what you need. Family medicine (all ages & stages), nutrition, exercise and psychology coming together is our philosophy. We are a core team of Registered Dietitians who work with extended interdisciplinary teams.

Cassandra is a wonderful person. Within an hour of receiving my doctor's referral she contacted me to set up an appointment. She provided me with the information I needed and has guided me through a life style change that was needed. My entire attitude about weight, eating habits, exercise and grocery shopping have changed because of her. She is the Best! I would recommend her to anyone.
