Jennifer Abdulezer P.Dt is a Professional Dietitian and Nutritionist and a member of the Ordre Professionnel des Diététistes du Québec (OPDQ). A graduate from McGill University, she recently returned to study at the University of Montreal, updating her knowledge with current nutrition guidelines in order to always ensure the best care for her clients. Jennifer maintains a strong philosophy that food and health are interrelated, as our food and lifestyle choices are key to sustaining and achieving overall health and wellness.
