Description
Cara's nutrition philosophy encompasses an all-foods-fit approach to athletes achieving their performance goals, while also building a healthy relationship with all foods. She works with individual athletes and also provides sport nutrition education to local and provincial sport organizations. She is especially interested in helping teen and adult female athletes to ensure the prevention of disordered eating and fuel optimally for their sport. Areas of specialization include: - High Performance Sport Nutrition (youth and adults) - Disordered Eating & RED-S - Plant-based athletes
