Since her childhood, Clemence always wanted to help people. Her need to make the difference in one's life motivated her to join a medical profession. Moreover, as a foodie, it was logical for her to become a nutritionist. In 2014, Clemence graduated from France as a registered dietician. Then, she was curious to see how the world of nutrition worked in North America. So, she decided to come to the University of Montreal for a year as an exchange student. She never went back and started her practice in Montreal.
