I have a passion for expressive arts and meaningful community involvement and have had the opportunity to make positive connections with marginalized individuals and communities using a trauma-informed lens, inviting individual and community art participation and reflection in addition to providing mental health support. My experience includes working with complex mental health conditions, grief and loss, self-care, in addition to trauma and resiliency.
