Description
Mary incorporates strengths-based, cognitive-behavioural, and narrative methods to provide client-centred and positive counselling experiences. Her focus is helping clients integrate healthier coping strategies, mental health practices, and self-care plans into daily routines. She helps clients manage stress and recognize where action is needed. By creating a trusting therapeutic relationship, Mary also supports clients to realize that with time, work, and patience, difficulties can be viewed as gifts and opportunities to develop self-awareness, self-compassion, and self-forgiveness.
