Carly places a strong emphasis on building the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for positive outcomes and success in therapy. She uses an empathetic, non-judgmental, and compassionate approach, creating a trusting, safe and comfortable environment for all clients. She uses a cognitive-behavioural, psychodynamic, attachment-based and trauma focus when working with clients. Carly is a Trauma Certified Therapist who is passionate about community outreach, travel, exercise and using a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their full potential.
