Sara is a dedicated and passionate psychotherapist who has a particular passion for helping individuals from different cultural backgrounds adjust to their new surroundings. Sara’s approach to therapy is based on a strength-based, trauma-informed perspective and integrates techniques from various evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. Sara’s compassionate and collaborative approach empowers her clients to work through their challenges in a supportive and safe environment.
