Description
Sara is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She believes that communication is key to helping us understand our struggles and find a path through them. Her collaborative, strength-based approach draws on elements of CBT, ACT, narrative therapy, and solution-focussed therapy. Sara works with individuals navigating life transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflict, and other challenges. She also works with couples and people in non-traditional relationships, such as polyamorous groups, and is an LGBTQ+ ally.
