Description
Tim is a CBT therapist who works with each client individually to set goals and create treatment plans. Tim encourages people to use the strengths they already have, learn about how their minds and bodies work together, and create a strong social network of close and loving people. Tim has a wide breadth of life expectancy and has the skills to bring this knowledge into therapy to inform his work. Often what is bothering us the most is complex, and can be messy to unpack. Tim's goal is to create a place for you to find greater self-understanding, healing, and growth.
