Hi! I’m David Nesrallah, a Registered Psychotherapist in Kingston ON. I work primarily with folks navigating difficult life transitions, healing from abuse, trauma, emotionally immature or neglectful family systems, and folks who are struggling with depression and anxiety. I take an integrative approach to my practice, drawing from multiple evidence-based modalities - primarily Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Narrative Therapy - and aim to tailor my therapeutic approach to the unique needs and preferences of each client.
