Description
After starting a career in dentistry, Roohi decided it was time for a change and immigrated from India to Canada about 5 years ago. She has since completed two post-graduate certificates in health care and native and family services before beginning her master’s degree in counselling psychology. Over the years, Roohi has worked supporting newcomers, refugees, and indigenous peoples, more recently moving into employment and career counselling. When Roohi is not working, she enjoys spending time with loved ones and in nature.
