Description

Sarah completed her master’s degree in Counselling Psychology at the University of Ottawa. She works with individuals who experience diverse challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, interpersonal relationships, depression, life transitions, and self-esteem.

Sarah aims to create a therapeutic environment that is collaborative, compassionate, and free of judgment. She believes in tailoring her approach to the needs of her clients to help them achieve their goals, gain insight, and support their journey towards growth.
