Theresa has over 21 years experience working with youth/adolescents, adults, couples and families. She has supported clients extensively in the areas of trauma, anxiety, personality disorders, depression, grief, substance issues, eating disorders, relationship issues, emotion regulation challenges, anger management, self-esteem, teen issues, stress management, and more. Theresa is extensively trained in trauma therapy and has participated in Phases 1, 2, 3, 4 and Masters level of Brainspotting (brain-based therapy), along with completing the specialty Children and Adolescents training.
