Description
My role as a therapist is to facilitate your journey into self-discovery and guide you towards your personal goals. I am dedicated to providing a warm, supportive, and safe space for you to explore and grow. I provide an anti-racist, non-judgmental counselling service in which I help you identify your difficulties and teach you the necessary skills to live a more meaningful life. I received a Masters in Counselling & Psychotherapy from the University of Toronto and have worked and trained at Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences.

At WG Psychology, we work with individuals struggling with a range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, substance use, psychosis, anger and emotion dysregulation. Our goal in therapy is to help you build the most meaningful life possible. We do that by working with you to: (1) Identity your long-term goals and values; (2) Clarify obstacles getting in your way; and (3) Give you the skills to reach your goals. We practice through a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive lens by prioritizing kindness and warmth, non-judgment, and a collaborative spirit in therapy.
