Description

I use a collaborative approach to create a safe space for clients to work towards personally-meaningful goals. I approach therapy with a compassionate and non-judgmental style, and I have numerous years of experience working with clients experiencing substance use, mood, and anxiety issues. I welcome people from all genders, sexual orientations, religions, cultures, and ethnicities.

I work from a Person-Centered approach, integrating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) strategies.

At WG Psychology, we work with individuals struggling with a range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, substance use, psychosis, anger and emotion dysregulation.
