Janine has trained in person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, group therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, hypnotherapy, crisis intervention, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and experiential psychotherapy. Janine has the ability to feel energetic vibrations intuitively and can sense the multidimensional experiences of others. She works with a holistic approach using techniques which best suit the client’s needs, assisting them to assimilate their experience and achieve a more balanced state of being.
