As a psychotherapist/therapist, I capitalize on my Indigenous African knowledges and wisdom, incorporating various Evidenced-Based modalities in my therapeutic interventions with individuals and their families/communities.

I take a holistic approach to wellness, centering people’s life stories within the context of their ancestral and diverse collective histories, and collaboratively work to strengthen people’s sense of dignity. I am committed to clinical practice that is invested in: restoration; healing; and recreation of dignified, meaningful and sustainable living.
