Rabah is a registered psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario and also a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. She has a certificate specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief Solutions Focused Therapy, and Crisis Management. Rabah uses evidence-based techniques and strategies that combine positive psychology, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Attachment Theory.
