I specialize in working with teenagers and adults who are experiencing anxiety, stress, addiction, OCD, ADHD, Autism, relationships and trauma. My approach is integrative, client-focused, and evidence-based combining CBT, EFT and humanistic techniques that target emotions, cognitive functioning, and mind-body experiences to elicit transformative change.
