Description
Do you find yourself struggling with relationships? You might be feeling overwhelmed from balancing the demands of work, school, and daily tasks, leaving you feeling emotionally drained and disconnected from yourself and your relationships. Past trauma or self-doubt may be weighing you down. I work with teens, adults, couples & families—especially those navigating trauma, anxiety, identity, relationship issues, fertility & postpartum challenges. With a background in Counselling Psychology and a PhD on the social & cultural dimensions of trauma, I offer clear and compassionate support.
