Description

Alpar is offering virtual treatment to Ontario adults, children and youth. Alpar finished formal training in Social Service Work and Drug and Alcohol at Northern College in 1996. He specialized in working with Indigenous Peoples. 
Alpar is a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) therapist and expert specializing in providing therapy to those with anxiety, depression and other mental health conditions. 

It is his hope to provide you with a safe and non-judgmental space to work towards creating meaningful changes in your life.
