Description
I provide psychotherapy to clients struggling with issues primarily related to trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, abuse, and addiction. It can be extremely overwhelming to cope with one's difficulties, however fostering a strong and collaborative therapeutic relationship can make this process more manageable. I assist my clients in achieving their goals by using a variety of therapeutic modalities, approaches, and techniques that I modify to meet their unique and individual needs.
