My name is Victoria Davies and I am a Registered Psychotherapist. I provide a safe and supportive space that allows clients to work towards goals, overcome barriers and develop greater self-awareness. I place great importance in developing a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients that fosters authenticity, empathy and unconditional positive regard. I work from a client-centered approach that incorporates various therapeutic modalities to treat a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, OCD, panic disorder and relationship issues.
