I use a combination of Gestalt, DBT, and mindfulness techniques with individuals and couples to promote self-awareness and help you feel connected and fulfilled with yourself and your surroundings. I’m currently accepting new clients and would love to support you on your journey toward growth and balance.

Summary

Gestalt therapy is an experiential and relational approach that focuses on increasing self-awareness by helping you to notice your thought patterns, feelings, and actions in the present moment and how you are being impacted by your past. 

Coming to therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—because you’re not broken. Achieving a balanced mental health is something that needs to be practiced and nurtured—it doesn’t always come naturally. It is a great way to learn how to better support yourself through tough times.
