Tara is a registered psychotherapist (qualifying), who provides services in a variety of diagnostic, therapeutic, and assessment settings. Tara’s purpose is to support people in releasing old traumas, fears, energetic blocks and limiting thought patterns that keep them from living a liberated and fulfilled life. Tara’s priority is to help individuals recognize unhelpful patterns of thinking and restructure them. Tara understands the importance of incorporating spiritual practices and education in working through presenting life issues and concerns.
