I have had my share of loss and trauma in my life. Counselling helped me through my difficult times, and now I’d like to help you. I have experience working with victims of trauma and complex grief. I work with individuals and couples through the various complexities of life. I believe in the power of words. A single word can sometimes hold a powerful story within it.
