I am a Registered Psychotherapist at Uprise Psychology & Wellness and hold a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Ottawa. I provide individual psychotherapy to late adolescents (17+) and adults. I have experience helping individuals dealing with anxiety, perfectionism (e.g., high achievers, students) depression and stress with life transitions. I also have experience working with gay men and others in the LGBTQ2S+ community working toward self-understanding and belonging.

Uprise Psychology & Wellness consists of a team of psychologists and registered psychotherapists. We offer psychodiagnostic assessments and psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT) as well as skills groups. We have experience helping teens and adults with diverse challenges, including eating disorders, perinatal mental health concerns, anxiety disorders, trauma-related concerns and depression as well as neurodivergence-related concerns (ADHD, ASD).
