Description
Hello! I’m Olivia (Liv), Lazimbat, a therapist here at Uprise Psychology & Wellness who works alongside teens (13+) and young adults, and their families. Whether you’re navigating overwhelming emotions, school/work stress, family tensions, life changes, identity exploration, or just need someone to talk to, I’m here to walk alongside you and lift you up on this incredibly brave decision you’ve decided to take. I have a special interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals, the LGBTQ2S+ community, and families who have immigrated or are navigating multiple cultural identities.
