I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, disordered eating, body image concerns, depression, sleep disturbances and trauma-related concerns, as well as stress and burnout, academic and relationship issues.
