Karina is a Registered Psychotherapist. She provides individual psychotherapy to adolescents (16+) and adults. She has experience working within community, military, educational, and private settings and help individuals with concerns such as anxiety, depression, chronic stress, grief, relationship issues, low self-esteem, procrastination, burnout, perfectionism (high performers, students, etc) and difficulties adjusting to life transitions. She has also worked with individuals who have family members who have experienced trauma, mental illness and substance abuse.

Uprise Psychology & Wellness consists of a team of psychologists and registered psychotherapists. We offer assessments and psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT), both in individual and group formats. We have experience helping teens and adults with diverse needs, including eating disorders, perinatal mental health concerns, anxiety disorders, trauma-related concerns and depression as well as low self-esteem, relational and adjustment difficulties.
