Gregory is a Registered Psychotherapist. He holds a Master of Education in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) at the University of Toronto. He provides individual psychotherapy to adults (18+). Uprise Psychology & Wellness consists of a team of psychologists and registered psychotherapists. We offer assessments and psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT), both in individual and group formats.
