By equipping yourself with tools that you can add to your "toolbox" of life, you will find ways to overcome difficult situations which can guide you to growth, change or healing. As a registered psychotherapist (RP), my specialty is working with those who have experienced trauma, couples who are experiencing marital difficulties, and individuals that are struggling through mental health issues, especially youth.
