Description
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), my aim is to offer collaborative and client-centered therapy to individuals and couples. I offer an inclusive and safe space to process anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. My formal training and lived experiences also enable me to help clients navigate issues like major life transitions, career exploration, academic concerns, faith and spirituality, immigration and motherhood. I can support you through a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered approaches, and SFT.
