Hi! I’m Tara, owner of Triskelion Counselling and Wellness. I have held many roles and ‘identities’ during my lifetime. I am, or have been, a daughter, sister, student, wife, widow, girlfriend, stay-at-home parent, single working mother, dog mom, friend, and a student (again). Like you, I’ve been through some things. Maybe not the same things, but I understand that life throws both amazing and awful experiences at us, and I welcome the opportunity to help you navigate whatever circumstances have brought you here.
