Valentin’s approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, active listening, and collaboration. She believes in tailoring therapy to meet each client(s) unique needs. She draws from various modalities such as solution-focused therapy, somatic body work, trauma & attachment, narrative and self-compassion. By working together with the client(s), Valentin supports uncovering and challenging underlying patterns, developing coping strategies, and fostering positive and sustainable change. Valentin provides a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and challenges.
