Description
Carlyn works with adults and adolescents to create a safe space for healing. Using an integrative approach of Internal Family Systems Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Strengths Based Therapy, Carlyn works with clients to gain insight and heal. As a therapist, Carlyn assumes a trauma informed and anti-oppressive approach with all clients.
