Description
I support individuals through an embodied approaches to psychotherapy centered in somatics and dance therapy. In talk-therapy, words are used as the primary material to “unpack” the emotional aspects of a person’s experience. I use both words as well as connecting to sensory, emotional and creative explorations to support the goals you are working towards.
