We at the Toronto Counselling Centre for Teens are passionate about teens. We love their energy, promise and ingenuity. The teenage years can be confusing, vulnerable and sometimes even volatile. We feel that it is an incredible honour to help a teen navigate those years, heal, grow, shift perspectives and shift relationships. We have psychotherapists, social workers, and a dietitian providing therapy services for teens. Our accompanying practice, Runnymede Psychotherapy and Wellness, offers these services for adults in the same building.
