Description

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Q) who offers empathic, personalized, and client-focused care. I work from a holistic framework that integrates all aspects of your life, and I prioritize anti-oppressive and trauma-informed practices. As a Lebanese immigrant, I also recognize the significance of cultural nuance and values, and utilize an intersectional lens in my approach.
I support clients with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, complex trauma and PTSD, and relationship issues.
