Myroslava is a Registered Psychotherapist. She has been supporting individuals in trouble with the law and issues connected to intimate partner violence for 
nearly a decade. Myroslava offers individual psychotherapy to adults experiencing various concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and stress. She can also help with LGBTQIA2S+-related issues. She takes a collaborative approach, holds a non-judgmental 
space, and walks along with her clients on their healing journey – ensuring that their 
treatment plans suit their needs.

Summary

Our clinical focus is to promote healing and growth for individuals, couples and families. 

We have earned our Master of Social Work degree at the University of Toronto, and have combined specialties in supporting young people, couples families, and have additional training and specialties including Emotion/Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Restorative Circles, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. 

Our social work and psychotherapy practice is informed by experience working with individuals, couples, and families with diverse backgrounds.
