I'm a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and have worked in the area of Counselling Psychology for 20+ years; with experience in individual and couple therapy, research, teaching, and supervision. I work to provide authentic, compassionate, challenging and insightful support to my clients as they address their anxiety, depression, prenatal and postpartum difficulties, relationship struggles, grief and loss, self-confidence, interpersonal relationships and a variety of other life transitions.
