My passion for counselling began when I received amazing services from a wonderful counsellor and my world changed forever. As a therapist, I strive to live up to this experience, providing services that inspire changes that last. I am passionate about supporting anxious, overwhelmed, and depressed humans to find more connection in their lives and relationships. I work holistically and enjoy sparking curiosity for the wisdom of your body in session. I combine somatic therapies (Somatic Experiencing, Clinical Hypnosis) with various other approaches to meet the unique needs of each individual.
