I am currently completing my doctorate in clinical psychology. The research focus is self-love and contemplative psychology. Stay tuned! I'm also completing a Certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies through Naropa University. Registered Psychotherapist I hold a Master's in Counselling Psychology and am registered with the CRPO as a Registered Psychotherapist (RP). I wrote my thesis on grief and grieving and created a comprehensive therapy guide and group format called Moving Through Grief. I also hold a post- graduate Thanatology Certificate from Sheridan College.
