Do your emotions sometimes feel like a mystery? Is it often a struggle to put your feelings into words? Maybe you are feeling anxious, depressed or overwhelmed and you don’t even understand why, never mind knowing what to do about it. You’re not alone with this, and change is possible, however confusing and hopeless things might feel. My approach to therapy helps you to connect with your emotions, to tune in and listen to what they are telling you, and to find the language you need to express them. “I don’t know how I feel” is a perfectly acceptable place for us to begin
