Description
I am working as a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) under the supervision of Dr. Marianne O’Byrne as I complete my Master’s in Counselling Psychology from the University of Ottawa. I approach my role as a psychotherapist from a client-centered perspective that is non-judgmental and holistic. I emphasize that clients are much more than their presenting problems and challenges, while I foster a safe, empathetic environment in which to address them. My aims in session are tailored to each client and their goals for therapeutic change.
