Dr. Kristin Heins is a Naturopathic Doctor and Registered Psychotherapist with a special interest in women’s health, mental health, infancy and pediatrics. She has spent over a decade using a compassionate approach to educating and motivating others to participate more actively in their health. Enthusiasm for fitness and optimal living led Kristin, upon graduating from McGill University, to complete the four year doctor of naturopathic medicine program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM).
