Joanne is energized by the steady and deliberate journey from first meeting a client at treatment outset to recognizing their strengths and deeply understanding their experiences, problems of living, and goals for treatment.

Joanne believes the key to the healing and recovery process is aligning treatment goals and change strategies with a client’s core values and character strengths. When valued directions are chosen freely and facilitative of experience, then over time quality of life can and does improve.
